We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
Eligible Returns:
• Unopened and unused items
• Items in original packaging
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
Not Eligible:
• Opened or used mouth tape (for hygiene reasons)
How to Request a Return:

We respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing Time:
